I’ll make this quick because right now, Michael Stock is out in the backyard making bacon wrapped hot dogs with Jeff Pauls…

It’s a really beautiful sight though. This idea that The MANsion would truly be about being men after God’s own heart. Jeff is the oldest member of The MANsion and Stock is the youngest. They met for the first time yesterday. Immediately they clicked. It’s like they had been brothers already their entire lives. 

I love these guys. They don’t need to be like clanging gongs when they speak. Not a single person in the house wants to spout off verses at the other. Instead we have a house full of men who love their brothers through service. In a time where a lot of the movements around us just want to make noise, here are a generation of men who move. 

I’m thankful for that. Yeah it’s august, but be thankful for something. 

For me, this may be my last chance to be thankful.

Tomorrow is the beginning of the end…
